I'm a business psychologist and executive coach empowering clients to take their businesses and careers to the next level. My clients are in a variety of industries including tech, investment banking, law, arts + entertainment, NGOs and public policy. The common denominators? They're high performers, creative and/or quick studies committed to their wellness and joie de vivre as well as their impact.
 

Before coaching I worked in Fortune 500 talent management and leadership consulting co-leading executive leadership assessments and data-driven employee engagement initiatives. I have a M.S. in Counseling and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with publications on women's leadership, career development, remote work and mindfulness.

I also happen to be a gravity and probability defying 6'3"/191 centimeters, of (half) Turkish descent and semi-nomadic with a path spanning 7 U.S. states and 5 countries. I love unleashing the best in people, am relentlessly results oriented and consider myself extremely fortunate to do what I do.
