​I'm a leadership and transition coach empowering clients to take their success to the next level. I've supported clients in a wide range of industries including tech, financial services, arts + entertainment, public policy and law. The common denominators? They're talented, hungry-yet-humble, growth-oriented and committed to positive impact.

​Before coaching I worked in Fortune 500 talent management and leadership consulting focused on executive leadership assessments and data-driven employee engagement initiatives. I have a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology, with publications on women's leadership, career development, remote work and mindfulness. I'm passionate about promoting human potential and sustainably cultivating powerful leadership in high pressure careers and industries.

On a personal note I was born in New England, raised barefoot and horse-crazy in Texas, and (nearly) came of age in Cleveland before wandering across the U.S. and world. Having calculated my next moves for years, by my 30s I craved more passion and adventure. The decade delivered! Beyond words or comprehension.
