I’m a leadership coach supporting clients as they navigate growth, change, and increased responsibility. I’ve worked with leaders and top talent across industries including technology, financial services, arts and entertainment, public policy, and law. Of many distinctions, they often share strong capability, ambition, and a commitment to meaningful impact.

My work is informed by experience in Fortune 500 talent management and leadership consulting, with a focus on executive leadership assessment and data-driven employee engagement. I hold a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and an MS in Counseling Psychology, and have published on topics including women’s leadership, career development, remote work, and mindfulness. I care deeply about cultivating leadership that is both effective and sustainable in high-pressure environments.

On a personal note, I was born in New England, raised barefoot and horse-crazy in Texas, and nearly came of age in Cleveland before wandering across the U.S. and beyond. After a stretch of calculated moves, my thirties revived an appetite for passion, adventure, and aliveness.
