Hi, I'm Casey.
I'm an executive coach and organizational psychologist supporting leaders and top talent in periods of rapid growth. I’ve partnered with clients in a variety of roles, functions and industries: Tech, financial services, arts and entertainment, policy, law... The common denominators? They're talented, ambitious lifelong learners with a wonderful sense of humor.
My coaching draws on ontological coach training as well as my work in Fortune 500 talent management, executive leadership assessment and data-driven approaches to employee engagement. I have a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and MS in Counseling Psychology.
